The Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA) is desirous of inviting reputable Specialist Air Conditioning Firms to submit proposals for the replacement of two (2) 40Ton DX packaged outdoor Air Conditioning systems at the Scarborough Centre, Bacolet Tobago.
Site Visit
A mandatory Site Visit would be held at the Scarborough Health Centre, Bacolet Tobago, on 24th June 2019 at 1:30pm.
Payments
A non- refundable fee of Five Hundred Dollars (TT $500.00) must be paid at the Finance Office of the Tobago Regional Health Authority (Head Office).
Tender Package
Tender Packages can be collected at the Tobago Regional Health Authority Head Office from June 24h – July 10th, 2019 on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and will be available at the following address:

Submission of Packages
Completed packages must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Tuesday 23rd July, 2019 at 12 noon and must clearly indicate the category or categories for which the application is being made, and deposited in a specially marked Tender Box; “TENDER FOR REPLACEMENT OF TWO (2) 40TON DX PACKAGED AC UNITS”.
Envelopes should be clearly marked: “PROPOSAL FOR REPLACEMENT OF TWO (2) 40TON DX PACKAGED AC UNITS AT THE SCARBOROUGH GENERAL HOSPITAL” and should be addressed to:
