The Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA) is desirous of inviting reputable specialist air conditioning firms to submit proposals for the discovery and scoping of repair works on defective Mitsubishi Heavy Industries VRF air conditioning systems at the Paediatrics, Adult Acute Medical and Adult Acute Surgical wards at the Scarborough General Hospital.
Site Visit
A mandatory Site Visit would be held at the Scarborough General Hospital, Connector Road, Signal Hill Tobago, on 18th June 2019 at 1:30pm
Payments
A non- refundable fee of Five Hundred Dollars (TT $500.00) must be paid at the Finance Office of the Tobago Regional Health Authority (Head Office).
Tender Package
Tender Packages can be collected at the Tobago Regional Health Authority Head Office (Receptionist) from June 17th – July 2nd, 2019 on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and will be available at the following address:

Submission of Packages
Completed packages must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Monday 11th July, 2019 at 12 noon and must clearly indicate the category or categories for which the application is being made, and deposited in a specially marked Tender Box; “TENDER FOR REPAIR WORKS TO VRF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS”.
Envelopes should be clearly marked: “PROPOSAL FOR REPAIR WORKS TO VRF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AT THE SCARBOROUGH GENERAL HOSPITAL” and should be addressed to:
