The Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA) is updating its current list of Pre-Qualified Contractors, Suppliers, Consultancy Firms and Sole Traders, to ensure compliance with the mandates of the Procurement Regulations of Trinidad and Tobago.
Suppliers/Contractors who submitted packages prior to the year 2021 are asked to resubmit updated documents as outlined in the Pre-qualification Package.
All interested contractors and suppliers desirous of entering into business arrangements with the TRHA are invited to engage in the Pre-qualification of Suppliers registration process.
Please be advised that the processing fee of $300.00 for purchase of the prequalification package has been waived.
All suppliers/ contractors interested in doing business with the TRHA please refer to the end of this notice for the downloading of the Pre-Qualification of Suppliers/Contractors package.
The Pre-Qualification package consists of the following documents:
- TRHA Supplier Contractor Pre-qualification Questionnaire- Form Part 1
- TRHA Supplier/Contractor Pre-qualification Questionnaire- Form Part 2- Appendices
All vendors must complete Form Part 1. Form Part 2 consist of appendices and must be completed by vendors who meet the requirements to do so, and as guided by the instruction set out in the forms.
Completed Pre-Qualification documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Friday June 30th , 2022, and must clearly indicate the category or categories for which the application is being made.
Envelopes should be clearly marked:
“INVITATION TO REGISTER AS A CONTRACTOR WITH THE TRHA” and should be addressed to:

Packages must be deposited in the specially marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION BOX”. The registration
log, located at the front desk receptionist must be signed, and the completed package deposited into the pre-qualification drop off box.
For suppliers not based in Tobago packages can be hand delivered via a suitable courier for example (Fedex, TT post). Upon immediate receipt of the package a notification will be returned to relevant supplier.
