Please use this form to request support from the Public Relations & External Engagement Department for programmes, events, campaigns and other initiatives. Support may include media publicity, social media promotion, graphic design, photography and videography, event communications, speeches and key messages, career or health fairs, stakeholder engagement and branding review. Requests should be submitted as early as possible. Departments and units are especially encouraged to consult the Department before finalising or ordering branded or public-facing materials to ensure alignment with the Authority’s image and visual identity. Please note that support is subject to available resources, existing commitments, strategic priorities and the notice provided.
