The Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA) is desirous of inviting Suppliers to submit proposals to supply, install and commission the following, categorised as Medical Equipment, for use at the Scarborough General Hospital.
Lease Agreement – Five-Year Period:
1. Two (2) Haematology Analyzers
2. One (1) Clinical/Immunochemistry Analyzer
3. One (1) Automated Coagulometer Analyzer
Equipment Purchase:
1. Two (2) ICU Beds
2. Two (2) Undercounter Plasma Freezers
3. One (1) Benchtop Centrifuge
4. One (1) POCT Plasma Haematology Meter
5. One (1) Refrigerated Centrifuge
6. One (1) Refrigerated Blood Bank Centrifuge
7. One (1) Laboratory Refrigerator
8. One (1) Blood Bank Analyzer
Payments
A non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Dollars (TT $500.00) must be paid at the Finance Office of the Tobago Regional Health Authority Head Office.
Tender Package
Tender Packages can be collected at the Tobago Regional Health Authority Head Office from Wednesday, 20th February to Friday, 8 th March, 2019 on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the following address:

Submission of Packages
Completed packages must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Tuesday, 19th March, 2019 and must clearly indicate the category or categories for which the application is being made, and deposited in a specially marked “TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT BOX”.
Envelopes should be clearly marked: “PROPOSAL TO SUPPLY MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE SCARBOROUGH GENERAL HOSPITAL” and should be addressed to:
