That is, suppliers whose annual services to the TRHA do not exceed $75,000.00 (inclusive of taxes, duties and other charges). Suppliers whose services surpass $75,000 annually, are mandated to register on the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) – Procurement Depository.
