The Mission of the Food Services Department is geared at delivery of client focused quality food service in a cost effective manner, by staff committed to excellence and professionalism.
KITCHEN – The Kitchen’s main function is to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner and meets established quality standards on a daily basis for in-patients at the hospital. The in-patient meals usually consist of Therapeutic diets which include Low salt, Renal, Low Cholesterol, High Fiber, Clear fluid, Full fluid, Soft, Light Puree or a combination of the above. Meals are prepared according to the patient medical eatery diet.
